She operates at the intersection of applied neuroscience, inclusive leadership, and sustainable innovation, helping organizations translate research and lived experience into actionable strategies that drive systemic change.
An active global speaker, Hazleen has participated in panels at the C4IR, World Economic Forum, Pontifical Academy, Vatican, Cambridge University, and with corporations including Schneider Electric, Cisco, and Microsoft. She also advises venture capital firms and network connector organizations, sharing her expertise in applied neuroscience, inclusive innovation, and systemic impact. Her work inspires collaboration and mobilizes support for initiatives such as her trust fund, advancing projects that generate both social and economic impact.
Currently pursuing research on designing environments for healthy cognitive ageing as part of her Master’s in Applied Neuroscience at King’s College London, within the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience (IoPPN), Hazleen builds on an academic foundation that includes Oxford Saïd Business School, INSEAD, Cornell, Purdue Global, and Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
Through her investment, advisory, and advocacy work, Hazleen focuses on initiatives that create lasting impact and measurable change, reflecting a commitment to systemic solutions that drive both economic and social value.
